Carolina Complete Health Network (CCHN), established in 2016, is North Carolina's only Physician-Led Medicaid Plan, resulting from a collaboration between the NC Medical Society, the NC Community Health Center Association, and Centene Corporation. CCHN empowers medical care providers and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) by giving them a voice in policymaking, which enhances patient outcomes and ensures that patients receive timely care through local and community-based resources. The organization is dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and provider relations while fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
