Overview

The Triage Operations Supervisor provides leadership and support to the Carolina Complete Health Network telephone triage team, ensuring professional communication and resolution of provider interactions.

In Short

  • Lead and supervise the triage team.
  • Ensure effective communication with providers.
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs.
  • Manage call volumes and staffing schedules.
  • Conduct data analysis to improve team performance.
  • Develop training materials and SOPs.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in hiring and staff development activities.
  • Follow state guidelines and protect confidential information.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in call center or customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in healthcare or Medicaid is preferred.
