Category Analyst - Real Estate - Remote

Overview

The Category Analyst– Real Estate​ works collaboratively with various teams to provide support to the Real Estate, Procurement Teams and Vendor partners in everyday functions of the Real Estate category.

In Short

• Analyze all aspects associated with Real Estate category.
• Support/manage VME equipment purchases.
• Generate and analyze large amounts of data.
• Manage supplier and business partner relationships.
• Assist in negotiation with suppliers.
• Execute Real Estate category strategy.
• Participate in supplier meetings and presentations.
• Manage day-to-day vendor contracts.
• Conduct regular quality checks for data accuracy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with business concentration.
• 1-3 years of sourcing management/data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Real Estate construction processes.
• Understanding of sourcing/contracting best practices.
• Analytical skills for large volumes of data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
