Overview

The Line Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring the achievement of established goals in Safety, Quality, and Production while maintaining a safe work environment.

In Short

• Ensure safety of personnel and report unsafe conditions.

• Start shifts on time and communicate with previous shifts.
• Address daily line issues and maintain continuous processing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Production.
• Knowledge of quality criteria.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AS400.
• English proficiency (80%).
• Strong communication skills.
• Teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Able to work under pressure.
