Overview

Medline is looking for a Business Analyst in Medline’s ERP Master Data quality team to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across enterprise systems.

In Short

• Coordinate work between business partners and team members.
• Represent Master Data team for cross-team initiatives.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with business sponsors to understand requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving gaps in business processes.

• 3+ years of experience in data quality and governance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in MDQ.
• Experience in cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of master data domains.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Strong prioritizing and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to drive business and technology changes.
