Overview

The Manager of Production is responsible for overseeing and enhancing manufacturing processes through continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
• 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, AS400, and SAP.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and implement solutions.
• Experience in health and safety compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and morale.
