Maintenance Technician I - 12 HR PM Shift - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment to ensure production and quality standards are met.

In Short

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Assist in facility/building project work as needed.
• Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Work overtime as required.
• Participate in root cause analysis of major downtime events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics maintenance.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and other software.
• Experience with PLC logic systems.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in relevant fields.
• Preferred: Experience in large facility maintenance.
• Must be physically capable of performing job duties.
• Willing to learn new equipment.
• Available for on-call requests as needed.
