Maintenance Apprentice - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Apprentice at Medline is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure quality production in a collaborative environment.

In Short

• Set up and adjust equipment for production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment.
• Monitor and maintain building and production systems.
• Act as the main contact for vendors supporting facilities maintenance.
• Create and manage a spare parts program.
• Update technical SOPs for the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure all vendors are set up in SAP.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Work in a technical or mechanical environment.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team for support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a technical or mechanical environment is a plus.
• Some plant or maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to exert physical force as required.
