• Operate, monitor, and set up various production and packaging equipment safely.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs; address equipment issues.
• Verify correct inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot.
• Check product output for quality and accuracy.
• Document machine attributes and parameters on required forms.
• Weigh products before packaging; operate equipment to process and package materials.
• Load and transport finished products; seal and verify packaging integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; ensure orderly housekeeping.
• Complete regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.
• Communicate with packers on the line status and new jobs.
