Inventory Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy within a Medline distribution center by researching and reconciling financial issues and inventory adjustments.

In Short

• Plan and conduct cycle counts and workload scheduling.
• Train and mentor team members on inventory processes.
• Review and reconcile inventory discrepancies daily.
• Perform adjustments in SAP and Catalyst for financial errors.
• Manage error queues and resolve problem tickets.
• Monitor accuracy of inventory transactions.
• Investigate service failures and customer complaints.
• Communicate effectively with various teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment as necessary.
• Support a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree and lead experience.
