Entry Level Field Services Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Services Technician will support the Medline ReNewal Program by collecting, packing, and shipping medical devices while providing excellent service and maintaining accurate records.

In Short

• Full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Fresno, CA.
• Responsible for on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program.
• Regular visits to assigned facilities to collect medical devices.
• Coordinate packing and shipping of medical devices.
• Maintain accurate records of collection container locations.
• Provide support during in-service sessions as directed.
• Ensure program supplies remain stocked.
• Distribute program collateral throughout the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Ability to travel locally 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-initiative and dependability.
