Overview

As the General Legal Counsel at Health by Design, you will oversee the legal aspects of the organization, providing legal advice and guidance on company strategies and their legal implementation, supporting operations and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Law Degree from an accredited Law School.
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Strong legal knowledge in healthcare, corporate, and employment law.
• Exceptional communication and professionalism.
• Proficient in legal research databases and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
