Special Projects Manager - Remote

Overview

The Special Projects Manager will work directly with the CEO to accelerate the growth of Dr. Gabi and support strategic initiatives across the organization, contributing to high-impact projects.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO.
• Assist in developing investor materials and business decks.
• Support relationships with external partners.
• Coordinate licensing and regulatory support.
• Run executive-level meetings and document decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on app features.
• Streamline internal communication across teams.
• Conduct industry research and competitor benchmarking.
• Own strategic initiatives from end-to-end.
• Represent the CEO in meetings as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a big-picture view.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
