Programmer/Analyst, Off Hours - Remote

In Short

• Troubleshooting and researching issues in our Enterprise Health Record, working in applications code and/or systems-level code
• Working with other members of the Off Hours technical team to triage and resolve identified issues, including those that may lie in the infrastructure and/or in the codeset of our EHR applications
• Acting as a front-line technical resource for recognizing and resolving technical coding issues in the healthcare field
• Working on scheduled customer technical projects, meant to limit customer downtime by doing them off-hours
• Hours for the position are Tuesday - Friday, 12 AM - 9 AM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate's degree with coursework in a computer programming-related field
• Knowledge of a high-level programming language, such as C++ or Java is a plus
• Familiarity with Windows Server and desktop environments
• Familiarity with cloud computing, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with database management and architecture
• Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
