Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in medical economics or managed care.
• Experience with MSSP programs and risk adjustment methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and economic modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models.
• Demonstrated experience in value-based care arrangements.
• Actuarial experience preferred.
• Understanding of population health management principles.
