Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
• Experience with dashboard building, preferably in Tableau.
• 4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with healthcare data including claims and EHR.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt or Alteryx.
• Experience in value-based care or managed care analytics.
• Provide user support and training for reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
