Remote Field Engineer

Overview

As a Remote Field Engineer at MediaRadar, you will ensure the optimal performance of Deeplisten collection systems across the U.S. and Canada, maintaining a reliability rate of 99% or better.

In Short

• Ensure optimal performance of systems across the U.S. and Canada.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
• Coordinate site relocations and maintain inventory.
• Respond to alerts and coordinate third-party maintenance.
• Provide 24/7 support and be on-call as needed.
• Travel on short notice when required.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and vendors.
• Lift up to 150 pounds and work on rooftops.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Have civilian or military technical training.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PC hardware repairs and software installations.
• Knowledge of RF reception and data communications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and vendors.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Technical training from military or civilian sources.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
