Overview

medflex is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company in the healthcare sector. We are digitizing and automating complex communication and process workflows for medical care centers and clinics.

We are expanding our Enterprise Delivery Organization and looking for a leader who has successfully managed large SaaS implementations and built teams.

In Short

• Responsible for onboarding, implementation, and rollouts for enterprise customers.
• Project and resource management across multiple parallel implementations.
• Team leadership and building in the delivery/implementation/project management area.
• Delivery KPIs such as time-to-value, go-live rate, and milestone adherence.
• Build and lead an enterprise delivery team.
• Standardize and scale implementation processes.
• Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Collaborate with Product & Tech for requirement and feature management.
• Recruit and scale the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in implementation/delivery/professional services.
• Experience with large ticket sizes and complex rollouts.
• KPI orientation and process excellence.
• Team building and people leadership.
