In Short

• Responsible for smooth processing of customer orders in the billing system.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up.
• Act as a central interface between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Manage customer order entries in the billing system.
• Monitor open items and coordinate payment reminders.
• Support in clarifying payment discrepancies.
