Senior Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

MedeAnalytics is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to be a key member of the Delivery and Operations team, responsible for identifying and developing plans to address complex client business needs.

In Short

• Conduct client-facing meetings to gather and document complex client business requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of standard client use cases for MedeAnalytics products.
• Demonstrate client-specific solutions to stakeholders.
• Investigate bugs and issues, creating high-quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineers to achieve high client satisfaction.
• Document internal and client-facing reference materials.
• Lead training plans for team members.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support consulting engagements with industry experience.
• Identify challenges in client implementation and support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT services and implementation delivery.
• Experience working in a SaaS software environment.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Expert understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• Advanced understanding of Agile Methodology and SaaS.
• Leadership skills in strategic thinking and team building.
• Ability to consult with client-facing teams on issue resolution.
• Experience in operational excellence and performance management.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology.
