Principal, Payer Strategic Consulting - Remote

Overview

MedeAnalytics is seeking an experienced Principal, Payer Strategic Consulting, to join our consulting team, reporting to the SVP & Managing Director of Strategic Consulting. This role is critical to expanding our consulting services working with commercial and Medicare payers nationwide while driving multi-million-dollar annual consulting revenue.

In Short

• Lead consulting sales within all payers in the United States.
• Manage an assigned multi-million-dollar annual sales and revenue retention quota.
• Provide strong leadership across the consulting team.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership Team to develop scalable consulting solutions.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive and promote thought leadership at MedeAnalytics.
• Keep abreast of trends in the healthcare consulting industry.
• Contribute to and execute the consulting division's strategic plans.
• Implement proven strategies to improve MLR and optimize overall plan performance.
• Foster innovation and strategic insights within the company.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in the healthcare payer landscape.
• Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar new business quota.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care models.
• Expertise in scaling consulting services within a SaaS-based healthcare model.
• Track record of delivering >$4M in ARR with 50%+ YoY growth.
• Leadership experience in building and mentoring consulting teams.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to influence decision-making.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for revenue growth.
• Inspiring leadership style with strong communication skills.
