Overview

The Regulatory Operations Specialist at Medtronic will support regulatory systems and processes, providing day-to-day support for U.S. product releases and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Support regulatory systems and processes for U.S. product releases.
• Manage regulatory distribution control activities using SAP and GTS.
• Provide daily support coverage and resolve queries from the core business.
• Monitor and address blocked orders and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with SAP and GTS is required.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a matrix structured organization.
