Principal Process Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Principal Process Engineer will lead efforts in developing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes for life-changing products in the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health sectors.

In Short

• Collaborate with technical experts and manufacturing partners.
• Participate in new product development activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and material selection.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support in manufacturing areas.
• Coach engineers on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage domestic travel (25% or less).
• Work primarily onsite at Rice Creek facility.
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in injection molding process development.
• Experience with contract manufacturers.
• Strong background in manufacturing/operations.
• Familiarity with FEA and CAD.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Certification in DFSS or DRM preferred.
• Ability to work in a lab environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
