PACE Consultant - Remote

Overview

The PACE Consultant will lead educational trainings and programs for Neurovascular Health Care Personnel, collaborating with various departments to ensure effective training and compliance.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of educational programs for HCPs.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and field sales leaders.
• Design and develop training courses for Neurovascular devices.
• Maintain records of HCP training and education.
• Travel approximately 75% for training and educational opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Medtronic regulatory standards.
• Drive business objectives through education and training.
• Enhance knowledge of Neurovascular therapies and products.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
• Support district meetings as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 14+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education.
• Experience in clinical lab setting or medical device training.
• Knowledge of Neurovascular Interventional Radiology devices.
• Prior training and education experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience as a registered nurse or in Interventional Radiology is a plus.
