Overview

The Consumer Engagement Manager is responsible for building relationships with consumers and professionals, focusing on the consumer journey to achieve sales goals while managing inquiries and promoting MED-EL products.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred in related fields.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of MED-EL products is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• IT literacy and ability to influence others.
• Positive team attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Organized and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must reside near Dallas or Fort Worth, TX.
