Overview

The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting MED-EL’s commercial success by serving as a proactive, reliable point of contact for designated customer accounts.

• Full-time position
• Hybrid role blending inside sales and customer support
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
• Lead customer setup and account changes
• Quota responsibility for ADHEAR product line
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Respond to inquiries regarding pricing and order status
• Coordinate with customer service and technical support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years in inside sales or customer service
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Required to be in Eastern Time Zone (EST)
• Located in the Northeast preferred
