Sr. Manager, Regional Field Education, CAS - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Regional Field Education for CAS will lead the training and education strategy for the US Sales and clinical teams, focusing on cardiac ablation products.

• Lead the implementation of educational programs for sales representatives and clinical specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• People and/or Program management experience required.
• Experience in the field of electrophysiology is a must.
• Advanced degree in Adult Education is preferred.
• Experience in building sales enablement-focused training programs.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required.
• Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory.
