Overview

The Senior Training/Education Specialist at Medtronic will lead the development and coordination of in-house product training programs aimed at enhancing healthcare access and equity.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical lab setting or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Technical expertise in medical devices is a plus.
• Proficient in developing training materials and programs.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and recommend process improvements.
