Overview

The Senior Clinical Specialist will provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to assist in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives while ensuring healthcare access and equity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and SalesForce.com.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting is preferred.
