Overview

The Workplace Care Sales Advisor is responsible for driving new business growth for Evernorth Workplace Care solutions by identifying, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities with employers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.

In Short

  • Own and execute a defined sales strategy to achieve new business revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue complex employer, broker, and consultant-led sales opportunities.
  • Develop account and territory plans aligned to market priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end sales execution from prospecting to deal close.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on Workplace Care offerings.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand workforce needs.
  • Deliver compelling value-based proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates and sales reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and buyer dynamics to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative, complex B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving new business and closing sales.
  • Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating across organizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Experience selling healthcare services preferred.
  • Established relationships with employers and healthcare decision makers.
  • Experience leading RFP responses and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic selling skills.
