Provider Inquiries Representative (English & Spanish & Portuguese or German) - Remote

Overview

As a Provider Representative, you will be part of our global Provider Services Organization, providing support to our Health Care Partners in their daily inquiries, managing partnerships with health provider accounts, and assisting them with claims and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• B2 level proficiency in Portuguese and/or German.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Skillful with computer programs.

• Strong attention to procedures and document flows.
• Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
