Business Analysis Advisor (Client Reporting Analytics) - Remote

Overview

The Business Analysis Advisor will work within the Insights & Client Experience organization to facilitate business value solutions through effective analysis and communication with stakeholders.

In Short

• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure high-value work is delivered.
• Facilitate discussions to gather business needs for new solutions.
• Document requirements and business processes clearly.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed.
• Document all aspects of the project including requirements and meeting notes.
• Assess the feasibility of potential solutions.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value.
• Train end-users on new solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics and reporting.
• Agile experience is required, preferably as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
• Product management experience is strongly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in measuring business outcomes post-implementation.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cigna and Evernorth products is desirable.
• Strong emotional intelligence in professional interactions.
• Proficiency in using tools like Jira or Rally.
• Ability to document requirements and processes effectively.
