• Permanent 8-hour shift between 7am-7pm CST.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• 2+ years of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with typing and PC usage.
• Must remain at workstation while handling calls.
