Overview

The Compass Project Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and improving large projects within a healthcare setting, particularly focusing on the COMPASS-PC clinical research trial.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
• Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Comfortable in a collaborative and matrix organizational structure.
