The Director, Patient Access Program Operations will lead the Patient Access Programs and Team, overseeing daily operations and administrative functions while ensuring effective collaboration with providers and patients.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of leadership experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in medical billing/coding.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems.
• Deep understanding of claims processes and insurance products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams and developing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Self-directed and results-oriented individual.
• Moderate understanding of HIPAA regulations.
