• Strong technical foundation in AI/ML.
• Experience in designing experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with executives.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Experience in end-to-end management of AI initiatives.
• Skilled in fostering a culture of innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA preferred.
