In Short

• Maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Provide electrical support for facility systems and equipment.
• Demonstrate skills in all phases of facility maintenance.
• Self-starter in new system and equipment learning.
• Lead and train other facilities assistants.
• Communicate with and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
• Flexibility with work hours and days, including holidays.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and address issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and team members.

Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting control systems.
• Knowledge of the NEC and light electrical construction.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with LOTO and OSHA regulations.
• Windows XP/Windows 7 experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS program.
• Associate’s degree or trade school certification in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively.
