Overview

The Senior Service Technician is responsible for managing incoming service calls, maintaining computer networks, and ensuring user connectivity while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Manage incoming service calls from the field.
  • Maintain computer networks and user connectivity.
  • Control usernames, passwords, and VPN connections.
  • Work with AEM software team and technicians to resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and support for equipment and networks.
  • Attend industry events to stay updated on product releases.
  • Develop relationships with external clients for technology support.
  • Assist VP of Service and software department during downtime.
  • Perform site visits if necessary.
  • Uphold a sense of customer service and measure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with computers and networks.
  • Strong customer service and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of JAVA and HVAC systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Distech Controls, ASI controls, or JCI is a plus.
  • Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
