McFadyen Digital is seeking a Senior Magento Developer to join their global team, focusing on building high-performance eCommerce solutions using Magento 2.

In Short

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance modules for Magento 2 EE/Cloud.
• Write clean, modular, and efficient PHP code.
• Design and develop custom APIs and services.
• Optimize database queries and performance.
• Conduct unit testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD integration.
• Debug server-side performance issues.
• Implement microservices architecture.
• Stay updated with Magento security patches.
• Work with GraphQL and REST APIs.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in PHP and Magento 2 (EE/Cloud).
• Advanced experience with MySQL.
• Solid understanding of Magento 2 System Architecture.
• Experience in developing custom Magento extensions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, and Varnish.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Exposure to Headless Magento is a plus.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
