Senior Test Architect - Remote

Overview

McFadyen Digital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Test Architect who can lead and drive innovation and transformation in the QA domain, working closely with the CoE Lead to implement quality assurance transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in QA transformation initiatives and high-performing QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with various automation, performance, security, and API testing tools.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and cloud-based testing environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred: Certification in QA domains and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
