McFadyen Digital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Test Architect who can lead and drive innovation and transformation in the QA domain, focusing on QA transformation initiatives and excellence in testing strategies and solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in QA transformation initiatives and building high-performing QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with automation, performance, security, API, and mobile testing tools.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Certification in QA domains preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven QA tools.
