Location Planning Analyst (8 Month FTC) - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on supporting restaurant development across the UK and Ireland through data analysis and strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Analyze internal and external data for decision-making.
• Re-assess sales and impact estimates for pipeline sites.
• Maintain databases covering the estate and competitors.
• Track and report on competitor activity.
• Collaborate with external consultants and data suppliers.
• Monitor post-opening performance for insights.
• Respond to requests for geo-demographic data.
• Work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
• Located in London or Leeds office.
• Be part of a dynamic team focused on restaurant development.

Requirements

• A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g., Business Management, Economics).
• Strong understanding of UK & Ireland geography.
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with customer and market data.
• Ability to cross-match datasets.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
• Commitment to customer service and core values.
• Full UK driving license (beneficial but not essential).
