Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant - Managed Services/Support - Remote

Overview

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application.

In Short

• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction
• Monitor and triage new support cases
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver high quality solutions
• Effectively communicate to customers, partners, team members, and management
• Provide support for team members
• Develop whitepapers, best practice knowledge base, and articles
• Create, develop, and deliver proactive services
• Maintain effective customer relationships
• Log incidents and document communications
• Participate in larger project initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Financials experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations experience
• Minimum 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience
• Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Financials
• Proficient in US GAAP
• Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent in English
• Valid Driver’s License
