Overview

The VP/SVP of Marketing at Maximus will lead the marketing strategy and execution to drive growth and optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or DTC health.
• Experience scaling revenue to over $100M ARR.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition.
• Expert in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage a high-performing team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
