Overview

Maximus is looking for a highly organized and compliance-minded Senior Manager of Licensing, Credentialing & Regulatory Operations to lead all provider credentialing, licensing, and DEA/CSR oversight activities for our fast-growing contractor provider network.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end state and DEA licensing and renewal process across 45+ states.
  • Oversee DEA and Controlled Substance Registration records.
  • Lead credentialing and re-credentialing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation.
  • Build internal tracking systems for expirations and renewals.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and clinical leadership.
  • Create and maintain policy documentation.
  • Identify risk areas and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Evaluate relationships with credentialing vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in provider credentialing and licensing.
  • Strong knowledge of DEA and CSR processes.
  • Experience with 1099 provider networks.
  • Ability to develop scalable systems and workflows.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with credentialing vendor software.
  • Bonus: experience with digital health or telehealth regulations.
