Overview

Maximus is seeking a high-impact Head of Marketing to drive growth across paid, organic, and brand marketing while scaling a world-class in-house team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consumer e-commerce or DTC health.
• Experience managing a marketing budget of $3M+ per month.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, particularly with Meta and Google.
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage and scale a high-performing marketing team.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfort with structured experiments and A/B testing.
