Overview

As the Head of Marketing, you will lead a creative and performance-driven marketing team focusing on Paid Ads, growth strategy, and creative campaign management.

In Short

• Develop and manage the overarching marketing strategy from Paid Social to Creative Testing.
• Lead the team and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Own and develop our funnels for maximum conversion.
• Manage all paid channels including budget planning and performance.
• Analyze data and optimize creatives, funnels, and KPIs.
• Manage external agencies and partners to build a scalable growth system.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and founders on launches and promotions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C or supplement space.
• Holistic thinker with a clear superpower in a specific area.
• Experience in leading a team or coordinating specialists.
• Expert in Paid Ads, especially on Meta and Google.
• Creative and analytical thinker who understands both people and metrics.
• Proactive and structured with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong sense of modern brand aesthetics.
