• Base salary range of $265,000 - $305,000 per year.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience, 5+ years in-house in healthcare.
• Deep expertise in healthcare law and privacy frameworks.
• Strong background in product counseling and influencing teams.
• Experience in building or leading compliance programs.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Direct experience with AI legal implications in healthcare.
• Ability to provide guidance in evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Familiarity with privacy program management tools is a plus.
