Senior Analyst, Configuration & QA - Remote

In Short

• Serve as a strategic partner in scaling and optimizing Maven’s core business platforms.
• Take ownership of complex configuration and reporting initiatives.
• Ensure systems function reliably and meet evolving client needs.
• Identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot nuanced issues.
• Generate complex routine and ad hoc reports using data analysis tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BI, and Client Success teams.
• Lead team-level improvements to tools, documentation, and processes.
• Contribute to onboarding and elevate team capabilities.
• Independently manage work and generate insights using tools.
• 5+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role preferred.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with data and analytics tools.
• Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams.
• Knowledge of Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL).
