In Short

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Focus on email marketing and build automated marketing workflows.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital channels.
• Segment audiences for personalized marketing strategies.
• Manage paid digital marketing efforts including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Contribute to content marketing efforts with writers and designers.
• Support event marketing initiatives to maximize attendance.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of email best practices and audience segmentation.
• Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams.
• A self-starter mindset with ownership of marketing initiatives.
• Exposure to broader digital marketing channels is a plus.
